If you want to learn how to run things a little smoother go check out dallas plumbing in dallas texas.just watch how they operate.You will learn a lot.I feel sorry for you i bet you have good techs but it seems like its gotten out of control.You shouldnt be giving the customers money back.Give them better service and keep the money!!

They don't come on time they can't fix anything, do not use!!! I ended up calling Central Appliance and they were great!!

The tech came out to my place (Mike) and took a look at what was going on the my g-disposal. Let me know what was wrong and even though he could have taken me for a lot more money by rreplacing the unit, he was able to replace 1 part and save me about $90. Not to offen you find someone like that in the contractor business. Will tell everyone that I know. Thanks again S

not only did they not show up the day i called them but did not show up the next day. i find them to be very unreliable
